Respect, forgive, express and love yourself today...

A long list of many ways to help you rock your ever increasingly fantastic world....

If you do something incredibly ridiculous, accept that mistakes are a beautiful part of life and laugh yourself silly.  Empowerment begins when we take nothing in life too seriously.   

Listen to the wisdom that's inside.... It's true, real, uniquely and ideally You!  You know what to do!

And when you feel lost, always find some assistance.

A well balanced meal that feeds your body and soul is a wonderful way to show respect and love for yourself.

For me, a large part of loving myself means the acceptance that I do not need to be and should not expect myself to live life perfectly. 

Be fearless!  I am fully aware that the most difficult things to face are usually the events and habits we must face and change.  Positivity and courage are within us all...

The hands down BEST thing to do if there is some physical quality you do not really like about yourself, pamper it, give it the respect it deserves!  It's functional and is a beautiful part of you.  Sometimes the purpose might soley be to learn acceptance.  Have a relaxing bath or give yourself a pampering session of some kind.  Love that thing that annoys and let it go.  The body is your temple, but you are oh oh so much more!

An appropriately exercised body is a body that handles stress better, appears younger and is healthier due to the increase in the immune system.  Let's do this and enjoy....
