I have a passion for sharing the knowledge that I have acquired from both life and my studies at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.    I am also a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practioners.   I have a degree in Education from the University of Saskatchewan and have spent the majority of my working career caring for the elderly.  Through my experiences and studies, I have discovered that health is possible, you need only to believe and take responsibility for your choices.   The benefits of taking care of yourself make the journey through life a much more pleasant experience.  

I believe that we must love ourselves and this is done in a variety of ways including how we positively approach nutrition, activity, stress reduction, relaxation and how we just generally care for ourselves.  I also believe that we are the protectors of our psyche's and we must actively be aware of the things we think and say to ourselves.  Too many times during a day, bad messages are taken in from outside sources and then replayed in thoughts.   I believe the choices and thoughts we have today have a huge impact on our present and future health.   And so now it's your choice to respect and love who you are.  Right now!

I am completely committed to help as many people as I can to LOVE YOURSELVES TODAY.  I know of imbalance and how difficult it can be to make the good choices.  But if you always know that you are worthy of the good choices, then you too will learn to love yourself, today and always.

Quality nutrition provides energy, assists with good health and allows you to have the vitality to pursue your life's passions.   Even as a professional nutritional consultant, I do not believe that nutrition is all that there is to life.  Nutrition is one aspect of health, however what we eat does have a significant effect on how we will feel, physically and mentally.  Be it fast food, careless and without thought, or simple, compassionate and thoughtfully prepared food that we deliver to our tables, what we eat is reflected in how we feel. 

Nutrition, activity and stress management are crucial starting points for optimum health and healing.  My hope is that this is a first step for you towards a healthier lifestyle and improved health.   So often just a few new choices are enough to welcome balance back into the body.  Sometimes it is an absolute shock to learn that perhaps something you always thought was ideal for health is infact not the correct thing to be doing at this time in your life!  Who knew? 


I feel very blessed that I have overcome many of the illnesses and imbalances that I once struggled with.  My body reveals its wisdom to me constantly and I simply need to listen.  I still must respect my body however, as with time, I too must adjust.  This is the forever fluctuating human being.     I am incredibly thankful for all that I have in terms of my health, significant other, family, friends and my almost human cat.

I too am a work in progress and I continue to grow, change and learn.  I am with you on this journey as we are all teachers and students.  I will everyday look forward to all that life has to challenge me with and share with me. 

Though food is not everything, when you mess with Mother Nature's recipes, she reminds you of just how important quality nutrition is.  

Whole food.  Whole self.  Whole world.  Whole health.  Imagine the possibilities...
